Analysis of heavy metal content and microbiological quality of fish and giant prawns chatch in Percut Watershed, Percut Sei Tuan District, Province of North Sumatra

The purpose of this research was to determine the content heavy metals and microbiological quality, compare requirements quality standard values according SNI 2729:2013 2705:2014, as well value Bioaccumulation Factor (BAF) maximum consumption limit fish giant prawns metal-concentrated. This researh used survey random sampling methods, i.e taking samples (tilapia, broom fish, prawns) at 3 (three) observation stations, including Station 1 Amplas, 2 Denai, Percut. Heavy metal (Pb Cd) (E.coli Salmonella, sp) were analysed. Data analysis done by inference calculated using Microsoft office Excel (Microsoft Inc., USA) descriptively. results showed that all in each did not meet 2705:2014. average Lead (Pb) 0,3 mg/kg tilapia 0,5 prawns. Cadmium (Cd), 0,1 All also positive containing E.coli sp. 1, meaning sample's ability accumulate high. for concentrated 0,196 kg/week, 0,221 0,203 kg/week.
